Grand Canyon Adventures is operated by Arizona Adventure Center LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), based at 19 W Aspen Ave, Flagstaff, AZ 86001. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit dothecanyon.com or book a tour with us, and how we use it.
Information we collect
Contact and booking information: your name, email address, phone number, and the details you provide when booking — tour, date, party size, pickup location, and any special requests (such as lunch orders or accessibility needs). Payment information: payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card number on our servers. Communications: messages you send us through contact forms, email, phone, or text, and our replies. Website usage: when you visit our site we collect standard analytics information (pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type) through tools such as Google Analytics, and we use cookies for site functionality and analytics.
How we use your information
To process, confirm, and operate your booking, including pickup coordination and day-of updates. To communicate with you about your booking by email, phone, or text message (see our SMS Terms & Conditions). To respond to questions and provide customer service. To improve our website and tours, and to understand which tours guests are interested in. To send marketing messages only where you have opted in; you can opt out at any time. To comply with legal obligations and protect the safety of our guests and staff.
How we share your information
We share information only as needed to run our business: with our booking, payment, email, and messaging service providers, who may only use it to provide their services to us; with booking platforms (such as Viator or GetYourGuide) when you book through them, under their own privacy policies; and with authorities or other parties when required by law or to protect safety. We do not sell your personal information.

Your SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates.
Data security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. We keep booking records for as long as needed for operations, accounting, and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize them.

Children
Our tours are booked by adults. Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
